The most favored eye color!
As I said before, neutrals are a safe way to go regardless of your eye color. Brown/flesh colors are more appropriate for a natural look...
...but a well done smokey eye can really make those blue eyes pop!
Adding some liner that is near the color of your eye on your waterline keeps things more dramatic and interesting without being too bold!
You must be very careful when playing with colored shadows when you have blue eyes. Bue eyes are the most dramatic looking, naturally, so it's very easy to get carried away and make things clash! Icy colors tend to look best, especially when paired with neutral liner and mascara.
